Velora.
Live healthier.
One app for food, training, and recovery. Most of it free, no paywall on the basics.
Velora helps you flourish.
Track what matters, get coaching that adapts, and watch small habits bloom into results you can actually see.
One app for the whole picture.
Nutrition, training, recovery, and progress, feeding one coach that sees all of it.
Photograph your plate and get calories and macros in seconds, no weighing, no database hunting.
Every day earns a nutrition score. Those days add up to a lifetime grade you can actually watch improve.
It reads your meals, lifts, and recovery before it answers, so the plan changes when your week does.
Assemble a workout by hand, or generate one for your equipment, time, and level.
Log sets, reps, and rest as you lift. Nothing to reconstruct from memory afterward.
Map every run with pace, distance, and splits, the same picture indoors or out.
Private and processed on your phone, with cycle-aware coaching if you want it.
Post workouts and progress, try what’s working for other people, and keep weight, waist, photos, and streaks in one place.
The tools that work shouldn’t cost this much.
More than 4 in 10 U.S. adults have obesity. Another 3 in 10 are in the overweight category. Combined, 72.4% of American adults are overweight or have obesity. That is not 72.4% of people failing at something. It is what happens when everything proven to help sits behind a price tag.

The professional route costs real money.
A personal trainer runs $55 to $65 for a single hour. One sit-down with a dietitian runs $70 to $200 out of pocket, and the first visit costs more. Do both consistently for a year and you are thousands of dollars deep just to learn what to eat and how to move.
The app aisle is not the escape hatch it looks like.
Most fitness and calorie apps call themselves free, then ask for a card before you can start, run a short trial, and bill you the moment you forget to cancel. Some leave no working free version behind at all. The trial ends and the app stops functioning until you pay. That was never free. It was a funnel.
So we don’t charge for the basics.
Free, and we mean it.
No card to start. No trial clock. No cancellation maze.

Privacy is a right, not a premium feature.
Your data is encrypted end to end. Weight, meals, cycle history, and workout logs sit in our database as ciphertext. Nothing is sold, shared, or used to train outside models, ever. When a feature needs to actually look at something, like AI meal scanning or Coach chat, you choose to allow it, category by category, and only that data is ever decrypted for that purpose.
- End to end encryption on everything you log
- Never sold, never shared, never used to train outside models
- AI Coach asks for permission before processing your data
